TAXES AND TARIFFS
The prices indicated on www.wineworldtasters.com do not include tariffs, import taxes or other levies applicable in the country of destination. Any customs, tariff or tax fees generated by the import of the products will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who must assume their payment in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of receipt. WINE WORLD TASTERS is not responsible for these costs or possible delays resulting from customs procedures.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@wineworldtasters.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
Returned products must be unused and unopened, in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange as appropriate. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@wineworldtasters.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and arrange a replacement or refund.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPORTATION
In the event that the customer decides not to proceed with the import of the product for any reason, including, but not limited to, customs costs, import taxes or customs withholdings, WINE WORLD TASTERS will not assume any responsibility for said decision. The non-withdrawal or rejection of the order at customs will not be considered a valid cause for the cancellation of the order or for the refund of the amount paid. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inform themselves about the requirements and costs associated with importing into their country before making the purchase.
