Handcrafted Brilliant Magnum Decanter.
The value of a wine is honoured through its presentation in this impressive decanter.
The hand-blown Brilliant Magnum decanter celebrates stylish decanting at every wine tasting. The self-assured size contrasts with the filigree structure, while the minimalist design underlines its impressive appearance. With its large base, the decanter is particularly suitable for the optimal aeration of young wines.
The design is inspired by a brilliant-cut diamond, which for him symbolises the pure, the beautiful and the eternal. In addition to the characteristic curve of the JOSEPHINE collection, the base of the decanter has a cone, which ensures optimal aeration of the wine during pouring by means of a spiral-shaped swirl, as well as emphasising the tonal nuances of the wine.
The shape and lightness of the decanter allow for effortless and elegant pouring.
The value of a wine is honoured by its presentation in this impressive decanter. Older, extract-rich wines are decanted to free them from sediment. In the process, and preferably with the aid of a light source, the wine is carefully poured. Younger wines can optimally develop their diverse aromas through additional enrichment with oxygen.
We recommend the JOSEPHINE – Brilliant Magnum decanter for very young to young, complex and extract-rich red wines, or high-quality young white and rosé wines, which, according to the instructions of the merchant and winemaker, should be aerated for a while before drinking in order to optimally develop their sensory qualities.
Mouth-blown from lead-free glass and hand-made in Europe, each decanter is unique.
This decanter is designed for 1.5 l wine bottles, but also works for 0.75 l wine bottles whose contents benefit from intensive oxygenation.

Care instructions
To properly clean your JOSEPHINE decanter, we recommend that you rinse it thoroughly after each use, first with hot water and then with cold water, and let it drain upside down on a stand.
If small residues remain in the decanter, you can remove them with a long, flexible sponge brush and hot water. If the brush reaches all stains, the use of detergents can be avoided. To remove residues from hard-to-reach areas, we recommend our cleaning beads.
In principle, it can also be washed in the dishwasher, provided the decanter is held securely and a glass-only program is used. A soft linen cloth is ideal for polishing your decanter.
